As previous posts have eluded to, at times, I’m quite the reader. I have found myself in a bit of a funk of late but one book I have been literally gagging for is The Final Fight by JB Salsbury. I am fortunate enough to be able to call JB my friend and even more fortunate to have a mention in the dedication of Fighting Fate (have I mentioned that before because I feel like I’ve mentioned that before).
Fighting for Flight is the very first book in the series and is the book I popped my JB cherry with. I messaged her to thank her for such an amazing book and we’ve been friends ever since. We bonded over my love of her books, my epic stalker like qualities and our mutual love of Silence of the Lambs. Neither of us can watch even a GIF now without thinking of the other.
New York Times and USA Today Bestselling author JB Salsbury releases the heart-pounding conclusion to the Fighting series.
When life brings you the perfect person at the worst possible time…
On a weekend visit to Las Vegas to visit his brother, Marine Braeden Daniels meets a woman who challenges him in ways he can’t deny. The best part is she wants what he wants.
No strings. No feelings. Just fun.
AJ is a Las Vegas performer who is finally living her dream. Growing up poor, she’s determined to succeed at any cost. No one will stand in her way—not even a hot Marine who breezes into her life all confidence and a cocky smile.
A few stolen weekends and neither can deny the feelings quickly growing between them. But the obstacles that keep them apart become more devastating when the Marine Corps calls Braeden away for a six-month deployment.
It’s only six months.
What could possibly happen?
